Bruno Catterini nasce ad Assisi, terra di forte spiritualità. In questa sua ultima collezione ‘Angeli e Demoni’, Brunò si mette alla prova con un tema arduo, interpretato nel corso dei secoli da molte correnti artistiche e culturali. Catterini è uno stilista sempre alla ricerca di idée nuove da interpretare attraverso la sua grande passione per l’acconciatura e non teme le sfide anche più difficili. Per lui l’hairstyle non è concepito solo per dare bellezza ma per trasmettere emozioni. Ecco che in queste immagini Catterini ci fornisce la propria interpretazione del contrasto fra bene e male, con erotismo, amore, perversione, ambiguità, purezza. Teatralità e ambizione, sicuramente, ma anche tanta voglia di sperimentare questo tema che da sempre fa parte della nostra cultura. ‘Angeli e Demoni’ si ispira al concetto dello Ying e dello Yang, del bianco e del nero, del bene e del male, alla contrapposizione delle nostre emozioni. Bruno Catterini was born in Assisi, a land well known for its strong spirituality. In his latest collection “Angeli e Demoni”, Bruno challenges his ability by dealing with a tricky theme that has been interpreted over the centuries by numerous cultural and artistic movements. Catterini is a stylist always on the look out for new ideas to interpret through his great passion for hairdressing and relishes new and demanding challenges. In his opinion hairstyles are not only accessories of beauty but should also convey emotion. Here in these photographs we can see Catterini’s interpretation of good and evil through eroticism, love, perversion, ambiguity and purity. Showboating and ambitious surely, but also a strong will to approach this topic which has always been a part of our culture. ‘Angeli e Demoni’ is inspired by the concept of Ying and Yang, black and white, good and evil, contrasting our emotions. The models, shown with their hairstyles variously elaborated, demonstrate this eternal battle, a toil that will end with unknown oblivion for some and certainty of afterlife for others.
